• Usage data - pages viewed, referring source, approximate location and device, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
• Client data - if you become a client, the account access and reporting data needed to run your campaigns.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare a free audit.
• To deliver, manage and improve the services you ask us to provide.
• To send service updates and, where you opt in, occasional marketing you can unsubscribe from anytime.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate - analytics, hosting, email and advertising platforms - and only as needed to do their job. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Your California rights

If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access or deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. How long we keep it

We retain inquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, and client records as long as legally required after our work ends. After that, it is securely deleted.
