The text, design and brand on this site belong to YuAds LLC unless stated otherwise. Links and short quotes with attribution are welcome; reproducing whole pages or passing our work off as your own is not.

Audits and estimates

A free audit is our professional opinion based on the information available at the time. Any figures, benchmarks or projections are illustrative - they depend on your market, margins and execution, and are not a guarantee of any specific result.

No guaranteed results

Paid advertising is affected by factors outside any agency's control - platform changes, competition, seasonality. We commit to senior, diligent work toward agreed goals; we do not promise a specific return, ranking or revenue figure.

Third-party platforms

Our work relies on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta. Their terms and policies apply, and we are not responsible for changes they make or actions they take on your accounts.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YuAds is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law
